FLOW Announces

FLOW has announced an upcoming anime-songs-only tour “FLOW WORLD TOUR: ANIME SHIBARI 2024-2025” featuring all their musical contributions to Japanese animation. Right after the band’s 20th anniversary, FLOW will bring its largest tour to five continents: Australia, North America, South America, Europe, and Asia. The announcement also included a message to the fans:

“Over the past 20 years, our audience has helped us create music and live performances as FLOW. Now we are taking it all around the world through our World Tour. Let’s create the best time together during our performances as we celebrate the world of anime works we’ve collaborated with. Thank you to everyone for your support!”

Information on the tour’s first and second leg have already been revealed. Details for Europe, South America, and Asia will be released at a later date.

  • August 4: New York City: The Hammerstein Ballroom
  • August 6: Boston, MA: Wang Theatre
  • August 7: Montreal, Canada: Club Soda
  • August 9: Toronto, Canada: The Phoenix Concert Theater
  • August 10: Detroit, MI: Fisher Theatre
  • August 13: Kansas City, KS: Uptown Theater
  • August 15: San Antonio, TX: The Espee
  • August 16: Austin, TX: ACL Live
  • August 17: Dallas, TX: The Bomb Factory

Some of the anime hit songs that are guaranteed to be on the setlist include “DAYS“ from Eureka Seven, “HERO 〜Kibou no Uta〜“ from Dragonball Z, “Kaze no Uta“ from the Tales series, “Steppin’ out“ from Durarara!!, “COLORS“ and “WORLD END“ from Code Geass, and lastly, “GO!!!,” “Sign,“ and “Re:member“ from NARUTO. An anime-style visual of them for the “Anime Shibari” World Tour was also released as a tribute to their contribution to anime.

FLOW Announces

FLOW is a 5-member mixture rock band started by brothers Kohshi (older brother, vocals) and Take (younger brother, guitar) in 1993. The band completed its current member formation in 2000 with vocalist Keigo, bassist Got’s, and drummer Iwasaki.

The band has performed multiple songs for anime and has made tours in Japan and overseas. Before kicking off their “Anime Shibari” World Tour in August, the band will be having their “FLOW THE FESTIVAL 2024”, an anime song rock festival to wrap up their 20th anniversary.
